November 10th, 2016

Today is a bread crumb day. I have those sometimes. They're helpful.

Here's how they work:

I write down a thing I want to do. I do the thing. I check it off the list. I write another thing. Et cetera.

I go through the whole day in this way.

At the end of the day, I can see what I've done.

This keeps me from getting overwhelmed, keeps me moving forward, keeps me clear.

Oh, and I still get plenty of things done that weren't on the list. Writing this blog post, for example, was not on the list.

I don't write anything on the list unless I feel sure that I'm going to do it. That's important.

Okay. Time to do the next thing.
